一、协议适用与接受
本《羽球时刻用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）由成都灵科互动科技有限公司 （以下简称“我们”）与使用羽球时刻服务的用户（以下简称“你”）订立。 本协议适用于羽球时刻 App、官网及与其相关的本地视频处理、账号、反馈、 视频标注和训练素材分享功能。
请你在注册、登录或使用需要账号的功能前仔细阅读本协议。你需在登录界面主动勾选 同意本协议和《羽球时刻隐私政策》后，才能继续手机号登录；未同意时， 我们不会为该登录流程发送短信验证码或发起本机号码认证。

二、服务内容与使用条件
羽球时刻提供羽毛球视频导入、回合识别、片段预览、导出、账号资料、 用户反馈等服务。普通剪辑默认在你的设备本地完成；是否处理账号信息、 反馈信息或主动分享的视频，以《羽球时刻隐私政策》为准。
我们会持续改进产品，但不保证所有功能在所有设备、系统版本、网络或运营商环境中 始终可用。因设备性能、系统权限、素材质量、网络或不可抗力导致的分析、导出或登录失败， 我们会在合理范围内提供提示和修复。
三、账号与安全
你可以使用手机号注册或登录账号，并应提供真实、准确、完整且及时更新的账号资料。 账号仅限你本人使用；请妥善保管验证码、登录凭证和设备，不得出租、出借、转让 或以其他方式允许他人使用你的账号。
如发现账号被盗用、异常登录或其他安全风险，请及时通过 App“我的”页面的“用户反馈” 联系我们。我们会在核验必要信息后协助处理。
四、你的内容与责任
你对导入、导出、反馈或主动提交的内容享有相应权利，并应确保已取得处理视频中 他人肖像、声音、个人信息及赛事素材所需的授权。你不得利用服务制作、传播或存储 违法违规、侵害他人权益、侵犯知识产权或违反公序良俗的内容。
如你主动开启“同意分享比赛视频”并提交训练素材，应确认自己有权作出该授权。 关闭该开关后，我们不会再以该开关为依据提交新的训练素材； 已提交素材的处理规则见《羽球时刻隐私政策》。
五、使用规范
你不得以任何方式干扰服务正常运行，包括但不限于攻击、扫描、绕过安全措施、 滥用接口、反编译或试图获取不属于你的数据。除法律允许或我们书面同意外， 不得复制、出租、出售、转授权或以其他方式不当利用本服务。
如发现违反本协议、法律法规或平台规则的使用行为，我们可在合理且必要的范围内 采取限制相关功能、要求整改或暂停服务等措施，并保留追究责任的权利。
六、服务变更、中断与终止
为维护产品安全、合规和服务质量，我们可能进行维护、更新、升级或调整功能。 对可能显著影响你权益的变更，我们会通过 App 或官网以合理方式提示。
你可以随时停止使用服务；你注销账号或我们依据本协议终止服务后， 仍应遵守知识产权、争议处理及依法应继续有效的约定。
七、账号注销与数据处理
如需注销账号，你可在 App“我的 → 账号与安全 → 删除账号”中阅读影响并确认操作； 完成后，服务器端账号资料和反馈身份标识将按《羽球时刻隐私政策》处理。 本机已导出的视频不会因注销自动删除，请你自行管理。
若你无法在 App 内完成注销、查询、更正、删除个人信息或撤回授权， 可通过 App“我的”页面的“用户反馈”联系我们。我们会在核验必要信息后 按适用法律和隐私政策处理。
八、知识产权与反馈
羽球时刻的名称、标识、软件、算法、界面、文档及其他内容受法律保护。 未经许可，你不得将其用于与本服务无关的商业用途。
你向我们提供的产品建议、问题反馈不应包含无关的敏感信息。 我们可以为改进产品使用不涉及你个人身份的反馈内容； 涉及个人信息的处理以《羽球时刻隐私政策》为准。
九、协议更新与联系我们
我们可能因产品、法律或服务变化更新本协议。更新后的文本会在 App 或官网公布 并标明生效日期；如变更将显著影响你的权益，我们会以合理方式提示。

1. Scope and Acceptance
This Yuqiu Shike User Agreement is between Chengdu Lingke Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) and each user of Yuqiu Shike (“you”). It applies to the App, official website, local video processing, accounts, feedback, video annotation, and training-material sharing.
Read this Agreement before registering, signing in, or using account-based functions. You must actively agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy on the sign-in screen before continuing with phone-number sign-in. Without consent, we do not send an SMS verification code or initiate local-number authentication.
2. Services and Conditions
Yuqiu Shike provides badminton video import, rally detection, clip preview, export, account profiles, and feedback. Ordinary clipping is performed locally by default. Processing of account data, feedback, or actively shared videos is governed by the Privacy Policy.
We continually improve the product but do not guarantee every function on every device, system version, network, or carrier. We provide reasonable notices and fixes for failures caused by device performance, permissions, source quality, networks, or force majeure.
3. Accounts and Security
You may register or sign in using a phone number and must provide true, accurate, complete, and current account information. Your account is for your use only. Protect verification codes, credentials, and devices and do not rent, lend, transfer, or otherwise allow others to use your account.
If you discover unauthorized use, unusual sign-in, or another security risk, contact us through Feedback on the Me page. We assist after verifying necessary information.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You must hold the appropriate rights to imported, exported, submitted, or feedback content and obtain necessary authorization for other people’s image, voice, personal information, and event footage. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
If you enable match-video sharing and submit training material, confirm that you have authority to grant permission. After you disable the switch, we do not use it as the basis for new submissions. Existing submissions are governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not disrupt the service through attacks, scanning, bypassing security, interface abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to obtain another person’s data. Unless permitted by law or written consent, do not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the service.
For violations of this Agreement, law, or platform rules, we may reasonably restrict functions, require remediation, or suspend service and reserve the right to pursue responsibility.
6. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We may maintain, update, upgrade, or adjust functions to protect security, compliance, and service quality. We reasonably notify you of changes that may materially affect your rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. After account deletion or service termination, intellectual-property, dispute, and legally continuing provisions remain effective.
7. Account Deletion and Data
Delete your account in “Me → Account & Security → Delete Account” after reviewing the impact. Server-side account data and feedback identity markers are then processed under the Privacy Policy. Videos already exported locally are not automatically deleted; manage them on your device.
If you cannot complete deletion, access, correction, personal-information deletion, or authorization withdrawal in the App, contact us through Feedback on the Me page. We process the request after necessary verification under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property and Feedback
The Yuqiu Shike name, marks, software, algorithms, interface, documentation, and other content are legally protected and may not be used for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.
Product suggestions and issue reports should not contain unrelated sensitive information. We may use non-identifying feedback to improve the product; personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates and Contact
We may update this Agreement as products, law, or services change. Updated text is published in the App or on the website with an effective date, and material changes affecting your rights are reasonably communicated.
